Security check through a mobile number no longer in use - and I can't contact PayPal.

Hi all,

 

So basically, my account has been locked, and requires me to verify my identity via my mobile number. Unfortunately, the mobile number is no longer in use and I have changed my number since. 

 

In light of this oversight, I've been trying to find ways to contact PayPal, but all their lines are closed due to the COVID-19 situation, and I can't send a message to them either, as it just leads me to a page that requests me to call them via phone.

 

Would anyone be able to assist me on this please? As I really quite urgently need access to my account ASAP - and even if I were to create a new account - my bank card is still linked to that account unfortunately, and I can't link one bank card to two different accounts.

 

Appreciate if anyone could help with this. Thank you!
