Paypal will not let me logon without the code from my security key that I was issued back in 2006 or so. I realize they aren't using this system anymore, but because I cannot logon to my account, I am unable to set up the two-step verification system. So, I created this new account in hopes of being able to get the answer to this question, as you can't even get help from them without logging into your account. I've tried to call them and they aren't taking phone calls now. I've tried to email them and they aren't accepting emails now. How am I supposed to access my old account that has a balance? Yes, I'm frustrated so any help is greatly appreciated.
