Security Check doesn't recognize old or new number
my girlfriend is trying to log into her account to transfer money from PayPal to her bank but a secure my account message pops up. It asks to add a number and she types in her current number and is told its not registered to her account. Then she types in her old number and it says sorry we can't verfiy you then says to call to message or but messaging isn't working and calling they said we can't get to a person. How in the hell do we fix it so she can log in and access the money?
