Secondary email address

Hello,

I have added a secondary email address to my primary account. On the email where I have to confirm it, it asks for a PayPal log in and password for the secondary email which obviously I don't have. How do I go about confirming that secondary email address through my primary account?

Surely if you have added that email address to the SAME paypal account then it would be the SAME password and log in information?
