Secondary ID for verification

Hi

I'm in the process of recovering access to this account after a long period of inactivity and it's asking for photo id verification, which I have, and something like a tax assessment or a utility/council rates bill, which I do not. I do however have a bank statement - does anyone know if it's possible to submit that as proof of id in lieu of the other categories?

Your best bet is to submit it and then they will let you know if its acceptable or not.

Failing that give them a ring and ask?
