Second Name

I created my paypal account using only my first and last name. Now I cannot link it to other accounts because it does not have my second name. How do I change my name into my full name if i do not have 1-2 typos and i have not had a legal change of name. I do not also have any government issued IDs other than my passport. please help 🙂

my concern for this scenario was, can I still accept or make a transaction even if my second name was not included?? how can we resolve this problem?
