Scribie.com says my Paypal account is not verified

I already linked 2 bank accounts to my Paypal account and I have been receiving and payment for my work from different sources. But Scribie.com says my  account is not verified. What is the problem?

Replying to Kernowlass; thank you but the article you tagged is the same article tagged on scribie's website as a solution to our problem, it doesn't specify a solution to the problem. The article redirects one to his/her profile to complete it even if it's complete.

Problem persists.
