I have my Paypal account associated with my Bank of America USA account, but I am Venezuelan and I live in Venezuela, which identity documentation I must upload, since I do not have a Social Security number of the United States, and I send them a copy of my passport

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You can't use another countries paypal account. You would never be able to verify a U.S paypal account and it would not work properly for you and would soon be limited.
