Hi in my country there’s is no routing numbers

And thats why you can't add a local bank account in your country.
You can only add a linked card.
The only exception is you can add a U.S bank account to other countries paypal accounts. This is because Paypal is a U.S company.

Great question, @Adrienmadron,

You can review your withdrawal options by following the available steps:

1. Click Transfer Money under your available balance.
2. Select where you would like to transfer money from.
3. Select where you'd like to transfer the money to.
4. Enter the amount.
5. Click Continue.

From my experience, Mauritius customers can also withdraw using a Visa credit, debit, or prepaid card.
