I had a PayPal account in the US until 2014. When I came home to Australia I changed my account details. PayPal is now reverting - suddenly - to my US account. Why? I can't change the details on that as it assumes I am still living in the us.
@robbrian47 Paypal is country specific so if you move you have to open a paypal account in the country you live in and add an address phone number and bank / card info issued in that country. The only exception is US expats who can add a US bank account to other countries paypal accounts.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
