I found a "solution" to this on the forums here saying that you need to do it through customer support. But when I tried, I found zero options or a way to directly contact PayPal about this issue. Not even an email. This is not at all what I expect to find when I click Contact Us on a website. I just want to revert my business account to a personal one without having to close it.
