Revert from Business back to Personal Account

Hi All, 

Desperately looking for info on how to revert back to a personal account from a business account - I made the mistake of switching a few months back and much prefer the layout of Personal.

Only customer service can help, it's not something you can do yourself - you may want to contact them and ask to have your account downgraded from a Business Account to a Personal Account.

Thanks! I've emailed them numerous times with no response - was hoping there was another option. I'll keep trying customer support.

Another option is to reach out to PayPal via their Facebook or Twitter Account, both are supported by PayPal employees.
