Today i received an email by paypal saying that my acc has been limited because it is supposed that i open a dispute to reverse a Paypal payment. I've sent them an email and they replied me by an automatic message saying me some steps that didn't help me and if that doesn't help to make them a call in Dublin but i can't call there. I haven't opened any case or dispute and i don't know how to resolve the problem. Can someone help me?
