I have been using PayPal for several years and have a payment pending in my account for a dress sold on gumtree? Why am I suddenly being asked for photo id, why am I being asked to confirm an email, if I do not upload a photo will I be able to withdraw the balance from my PayPal account? Not liking this... makes me feel like someone is scamming me!
