I want to close my PayPal account but it won't let me because it says I have reoccurring charges. I don't know of any reoccurring charges. Where or how do I check into these so I can close account?
Check if you had a subscription set up... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
