Hello! I've set up and deleted several paypal accounts in the past, all of which I've linked to the same primary bank account. I've open up this final paypal account, but it won't let me link my primary bank account, claiming that this bank account it has been linked to the maximum amount of paypal accounts. I believe it's talking about the accounts I've already deleted, thus making it impossible for me to log into them and unlink the bank account. How can I resolve this issue?
