How do we remove someone’s access from our nonprofit

Assuming you have a Business Account, the account owner needs to login, go to the Profile, Profile and settings, Account Access, Manage Users, Update, locate the User, under Actions, click View, next to the User's Personal Information, click Edit, at the bottom, click Remove this User.
