Remove old bank account issue

Hi. I have been trying to remove an old bank account but I can't because pp state there is a payment pending. How do I find out what this payment is?

I also have this problem.  I think it is due to a reoccurring payment that I have since stopped, but for some reason PayPal still thinks it is active.  I have not determined a way around this yet.  Hopfully PayPal can help.

Thank you for posting a response. I think that PayPal are unhelpful generally. . good luck with getting advice how to resolve this! ☺
