Remove Unconfirmed Email

I made a sale on depop but can’t receive the payment or access the shipping label because my PayPal isn’t verified. I followed the steps depop provided and indeed I have a red flag in my PayPal Personal Information>Emails. It’s an old email listed as “Unconfirmed”. I can’t access that email to confirm it, and I can’t remove or edit it on the app or web browser. It seems like a glitch, because I follow the steps to remove it, it says it’s removed, yet it’s still there, flagged as unconfirmed. I can’t edit it either. My current email address (the one I use for depop) is confirmed and listed as the primary. I am not sure what else to do. PayPal customer support has not responded. I need to print this shipping label ASAP! Please help, thank you!
