I'm having an issue with complying with the proof of Residency for Regulatory requirements.
I live in an apartment and while my address does match my bills, the name of the person on the bills isn't mine. I've sent another copy of the water bill hoping that it was a clarity issue that got the first photo rejected.
Does the name on the proof of residency HAVE to match the name on my account? Because I have no such documents that have that as of this time.
