Registered charity but no business registration document?

I am trying to set up a Paypal account for the Charity I work for. However they request a company number and also a business registration document with Companies House. We are not registered with Companies House only the Charities Commission and have a charities commission number. I can't find any mention of this anywhere when searching for FAQ. We can't be the only charity that is not registered as a business?

Has anyone figured this out ?? theres a Limit and red flag placed on my account just because i haven't provided these details which is impossible for me to attain
