When i was in USA a few years ago, i made a paypal account. Of course, i have been used it. Last year, i heard an issue from paypal regarding documents that confirm my identity and i could not have been used a balance now. so i tried to upload documents on site. but i'm not in USA now so i can't submit docs on site. is it making problems regard using balance?
Recently i got a refund from someone. So far, i could not get a balance from paypal. how can i do?
p.s Refunding is completed on activity, but money is not coming
