Can I make a PayPal account from the same email address once I've closed that account?

Yes you can! once the PayPal has been closed that email is then free to make another PayPal account! just make sure you remove bank accounts and Debit/Credit Cards so you can re add them to a new account!

Paypal state you can BUT a lot of folks do have issues actually managing to do so.

Allow the system to play catch up of at least 72 hours before you try and open the new one as that may help.

Also you may not be able to use it if there are any unresolved issues on the old account.

I'm thinking of closing the account because PayPal is rejecting my transactions. I am unable to add email as it says account is highly restricted. PayPal is so annoying man!
