So I had an account that still has some money in the wallet.
It had double auth set up. I clean reinstalled the phone that had the auth app and therefore lost that auth step, my mistake.
It's still possible to get the SMS code when this doesn't work but I'm not receiving the SMS at all.
Impossible to contact with anybody from paypal for that matter.
I'd like to know who I can contact for this because it's 300EUR on the account and these people are getting away with it... I'm sure I'm not the only one... The customer support has always been the worst and now with COVID they have a perfect excuse to leave users stranded...
