PayPal refused to fix my account after receiving multiple copies of my id and bank statements. Now refuse to close the account and release my information but I'm banned 'for life'.. PayPal is the only digital access to my bank so when I lost my debit card j was **bleep** for over a week. They're liars and scam artists. I've used them for 10-15 years and suddenly you cannot verify me...even with 0 transactions on my account for at least 8months!!!!
