I'm new to the refund phase of PayPal so please bear with me. Is a refund applied to the existing credit card used on my PayPal account and could it really take up to 30 days for a refund to show on my card statement? I appreciate any input.
As a side concern; is there a way to actually talk to someone at PayPal on the phone because the toll free number I tried is all automated.
