I have money in my PayPal account but my account has been restricted for ever. How do I get the money back to my primary back account

Typically, PayPal asks you to wait 180 days to withdrawal and will email you when its time to withdrawal, then you can try to withdrawal then. You may have to contact customer service for assistance to verify your identity if you are getting error messages and tweak something on their end before you can perform the withdrawal to your linked bank account.
