I have tried to purchase goods from a site that I have been going through for years, as they are a trusted site.
Recently every time I have been faced with the same error message at checkout:
"PayPal gateway has rejected request. Payment has already been made for this InvoiceID (#10412: Duplicate invoice). Merchant not enabled for reference transactions (#11452: Merchant not enabled for reference transactions)."
This has only been a problem very recently. I have talked to both my bank and the website extensively over the past few days, and they have both advised me to talk about this further with PayPal. I am not able to call PayPal either and I have already gone through the chat assistant. What can I do?
