I sent 35 dollars to my girlfriend. I used the look up by her email address I had. She got the email but could not access the paypal account so she created a new one. How do I get the 35 back that is sitting in a account that cant be accessed? Thank you

Tell her she is only allowed 2 paypal accounts if 1 is personal and the other is business, if she has 2 of the same type she is breaking paypal rules and they could both be limited.

If she didn't have that email address linked to the old account then all she would have had to do was add a second email address to her existing paypal account and verify it and the funds should show. She can have up to 8 email addresses on the 1 paypal account.

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending (with a clearance date)
2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option.
4. Payment or Sent.
5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date.
6. Pending awaiting authorisation.
