Why is there no option to unsubscribe from ‘Recent Transactions’ emails? There are numerous posts on your forums questioning this going back at least as far as 2015. I have unticked all marketing preferences on my account but continue to receive the emails which also contain no link in the footer allowing users to unsubscribe from them. This is illegal per UK marketing law: https://www.gov.uk/marketing-advertising-law/direct-marketing “You must make it easy for customers to opt out”. Your default response appears to be “Please contact our support team”, this is not a valid resolution. You need to have your developers change this contact method immediately.
