Receiving a PayPal PSD2 telephone call

Hello - when I tried to log in to my PayPal account today, I was told that I would first need to take a call from PayPal and then key in a security code.

The trouble is, my contact number is a landline, and we've recently added a special call filtering service which requires callers to identify themselves before we receive their call. PayPal's automated service obviously doesn't know how to do this.

In order to receive the call from PayPal, I need to add the PayPal phone number to a whitelist. So I need to know what the telephone number is, but I can't find this information anywhere. I'm in the UK. Can you help?
