Reached Paypal sending limit

Hi

I've just ordered something on Ebay but when pressing the Pay Now button it has declined my payment.

I then received an email saying that i've reached my sending limit of£2,197.

It says i must click on 'Get Verified' but i don't seem to have that link on my paypal page.

Can any body help?
