I sent a message to update my name with a photo of my passport and it is still not updated, waiting for the code to confirm my card still haven't received, and i am trying to transfer the money in my PayPal account to my card it is saying i need more information. I do not understand. I cannot also link my bank
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
