Hi, I have problem with me another account. I found some nonauthorized paymants on this account, I panic and I close this account. Now I cant not use the resolution center or comunicate with paypal. Can you help me how can I reopen this account OR where can I report this problem? Thnx
Oh no! I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We can't re-open the account, but the transaction can still be disputed. Just contact PayPal customer service for assistance by phone, Facebook, or Twitter. 🙂
