Now when I try to login to Paypal I get the "Add Mobile Phone Number" page and since I do not own a mobile phone that presents a problem as I am stopped at that point from logging in, there is no option to avoid this add mobile phone number.
There use to be an option to "Add Later" but that seems to have changed since I last logged in.
Can anyone tell me how to get around this so I can login and pay my bill ?
