REPLACING ALL INFORMATION AFTER CHANGING CHANGING PROVIDER , DUE TO SCAM AND THEFT.

To secure my passwords, bank cards and personal info I had to change provider which changed my phone number,  bank cards stolen in a theft and resulting scam.  Without a password I am unable to change my data. What is the solution?
