RE..ONE TOUCH FOR AUTO LOGIN

I do not appreciate my account being converted to the ONE TOUCH system, by PayPal without my consent. Why do I have to now go through steps to remove my account from this new process, which I feel puts my account more at risk for being accessed by unauthorized individuals, when I did not ask for this feature or consent to it.  Those who want a feature such as this, should have to sign up for it and go through steps, not the reverse.

You only get one touch if you agree to it via a pop up box via checkout, easy to click agree by mistake.
