I am in kenya and trying to complete my paypal setup by by getting a confirmation code that is supposed to be send to my mobile phone. For the last 3 days i have not been receiving it despite requesting severally. Kindly assist
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
