I just set my other phone number to my PayPal as a primary since my other phone is off but when I go to buy something or want to add it to my iPhone it brings up the phone number that is off even tho I set my second phone as a primary...is there a reason why it’s doing that? I have money I want to transfer to my card or at least spend but it won’t use my second phone number
