Quick Security Questions not accepting prepaid numbers

I've been trying for the past couple hours to make a payment, but i cant get past this "security" question because the phone number i have isn't the right "type" even though when i call them, the robot tells me its the one thats on file for my account. If you want the verify my identity, just ask for my SSN since you have it anyway. Has anyone figured out a way to fix this issue, or am i **bleep**?
