Quick Security Check - Primary phone number does not receive the code

I was trying to transfer my funds to my local bank account. But the quick security check keeps asking me to input the code sent to not my primary phone number (it was lost long ago). I tried to update the phone numbers in my account, but nothing happened. Whenever I try to delete my old number, it would only say, "Sorry, we are not able to process your request....". Kindly help asap. Thanks
