I am based in the US with a US Billing address but want to purchase goods from Australian website for delivery to an Australian mailing address
I tried setting up the Australian mailing address in my settings but cannot. Can i do what i want to do?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
