I got an email from Paypal that I need to submit info about the Providential Owner for my company. I clicked on the link (and checked the domain to make sure it is legitimate!) and filled out the form. I use no ad blockers so forms usually work, and I use Chrome. When I submit it, it returns a link saying we need more info about the type of business and when I click that, it asks me for the name of the Providential owner again -- in an endless loop! I submit it, go to the "we need more info" form and never escape that loop. I've tried different browsers and I can't seem to get out of this. Has anyone else had this problem? Do you know how to solve it? Thanks.
