Proof of residential address required

Good day!

I'm currently a college student living with my parents and using PayPal to receive payments for my commissions.

My problem is I need to send a proof of residential address, but I don't have any documents to prove it.

  • Utility bills and the likes are all addressed to my parents.
  • I don't have any bank/card statements.
  • I only have my uni ID, which doesn't include my address (we have an online portal and my address is there).
  • Getting a proof of residency document in the nearby city hall is also a hassle because of COVID and I'm unsure if they'll allow "Paypal requirement" as a valid reason. I do have one but PayPal won't accept it as it was from August 2019. 🙃

Please let me know if you guys have any suggestions or another way to solve this issue.

Much appreciated!

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

  • Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
  • Bank, credit card, or financial statement
  • Cell phone bill
