Proof of address

Hello guys, PayPal has limited my account and they want me to provide an ID and proof of address. Thing is I did provide an ID but how can I provide an address when my address is my workplace and I’ve used this address always. So I can’t provide things like water and electricity bill etc Help guys. (I’m from UAE for reference)

Proof of identity
The following is a list of acceptable documents you may provide:

• Government issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport
• Employment authorization card
• Permanent resident card

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill
