Hi, I was asked to upload proof of my SSN. I have uploaded an image of my medical ID which has my SSN on it, and it's still being reviewed. I've owned my medical ID card with the SSN before 2018, when the new medical ID cards that don't have the SSN on them started showing up. I'm not sure if they'll accept it or not.
