hello, I am Live in UAE but I have no Nationality, Passport and Driving license in Dubai because I m from Pakistan so please tell me what I can use the National ID card of Pakistan for purpose of Proof of Identity.

You can't, you live in UAE but have a Paypal account registered in Slovenia and have nationality of Pakistan where paypal is not available.

No, I am not asking about this account. I will create another account in UAE but use the National ID card of Pakistan as proof of identity. I have a UAE mobile no and Residential address which I will use in the PayPal account.

• Government issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport
• Employment authorization card
• Permanent resident card

if I will ask about Indonesia as I had asked in UAE. what the process in Indonesia kindly tell me? actually the next 6 months I will transfer to Indonesia and obviously I need any time PayPal account.
