I am trying to re-enter my proof of address after it was rejected by PayPal, for incorrect information. The virtual terminal showing proof of address does not let me re-enter the correct information. I have written to PayPal on the message board, but I only get a BOT reply, a bit rich as they are asking me if I am a BOT? Can anyone help?
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble uploading your document. When additional information was requested, there should have been an option to add a new document, but if there was an error and you weren't offered this option, you'll need to contact us by phone, Facebook, or Twitter so that we can help get this resolved. I hope this is resolved soon!
