When sms authentification comes in for PayPal, there will be a lot of users who will be unable to use PayPal anymore. I live in a hilly area with no mobile service and no QR codes are possible. I set up Authy on my laptop but could find no way to enter PayPal into it, (one of the most ill thought through programs I have ever used). Then I tried Symantec VIP which set itself up very well. Again, I was unable to register PayPal into it! I have been using computers since 1987 and am reasonably tech savvy so God only knows how others will fare when sms comes in. Any help will be much appreciated.
