Problem with changing nationality

I created my account while I was in the US. Now I returned to my home country (Indonesia) and cannot access my account from other computer or phone (except for the one I am using right now). The thing is, it always asked for a confirmation phone number in a US phone format, which I don't have anymore.

I am able to use this computer (only) to sign-in to my account because this is the one I use before (back then when I was in the US). Right now, I cannot change the nationality, the address (no international options), and confirmation phone number (has to be in US phone format). Meanwhile, I still have some amount left in the account which I'd like to withdraw. I already have no control over my previous (US) linked bank account and my previous US phone number.

What do you suggest for my situation? If possible, I would like to still use this account with the current email that I am using.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

You are supposed to withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you leave your old country. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved.

Oh well, I guess I didn't read the policy carefully.
